Rmarmorstein
Hello All, I'm trying to integrate my WHMCS with PureChat which I use on the rest of my site, I've added the code provided by PureChat to my header.tpl file, however, it is not showing up! Does anyone have any solutions? Thanks!

Rmarmorstein
maybe you can contact this user name use Purechat also I saw that thread and I left a reply, however, it seemed they did not pay attention to the thread, Another person asked for them to post how they did the integration, and they did not

brian!
ok, just signed up to PureChat... the setup instructions state... To install the PureChat widget on your site, copy this snippet and paste it near the bottom of your HTML, on every page you want the widget to appear I added the snippet to footer.tpl and it worked on all the pages i've tested... moved it to header.tpl and it still worked... pasted to the bottom of either file. however, what you are probably not doing is wrapping the snippet in {literal} tags which you will need to do if pasting this in a smarty template file. {literal} *paste the purechat snippet code here* {/literal}
