Customizing Header and Footer

The CSS from your theme and WHMCS are conflicting, so you need to fix the conflicts. You could try using LESS and creating namespaces to wrap the different CSS libraries, but I find this does not work as expected. I ended up prefixing my template's CSS, and then manually going through the header and footer to update the code where it was needed.
