Soundlover Posted October 6, 2013 Share Posted October 6, 2013 Aftar that exploit, at cron time whmcs is suspending an account on a server. There are 2 others on same server but always suspending the same one. I checked but there were never any cancellation requests. So if the product has a next due date in the past then that would be what triggered this suspension/termination and not having any open invoices wouldn't change that. If your intention by cancelling an invoice was to give a free month then you would need to adjust the products next due date forward a cycle as well accordingly. Please also ensure you have not unintentionally enabled the Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services > Edit > Pricing tab > Auto Terminate/Fixed Term option, as that would cause accounts to be terminated. If neither situations are the applicable please review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of suspension/termination as that should provide a clue to what happened. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
