WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 30, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 30, 2013 Hi, Yes and yes. The latter is called prorata billing. Beekingo
Hello John, I know the prorata billing. But i do not think that fit into my question. I want to make new orders with totally custom billing cycle and i cant. The new order takes the aniversary date or the prorata date.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 1, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 1, 2013 Hi, So in that case use default anniversary billing, place the order via the admin area, untick the "Generate Invoice" option, and place the order. Then under the client's Products/Services tab, change the "Next Due Date" to the date on which you wish their first invoice to be due (the invoice will be for 1 billing cycle from the Next Due Date).
