Masaer Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 I'm seeing a problem using the API for support tickets. A ticket will be submitted from WHMCS, but the API call won't return that ticket in the record set for more than 15 minutes. Logging into WHMCS will show the ticket, but the ticket doesn't show up in the API call. This can be an issue where support ticket response is timely.
