andy40
Hi, Today when i went to WHMCS main admin page on my site i got a popup message the one that's meant to tell you about updates, But it said A connection error occurred. Please try again later. Anyone else had this problem ? i have checked my other WHMCS installs and they all seem ok.

dexus
It looks like it's fixed now, but this is not the first time this is happening. That popup notification really needs some improvements.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 10, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 10, 2013 Hi, The server on which this content is hosted was undergoing some maintenance on the 7th September, so sounds like they may have been the cause. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, you can just hide the error until a new update is available by ticking the check in the bottom-right corner.
andy40
Their was no option to hide it only an x to close it, so everytime you refreshed it come back.
