edwardmill
Well from my knowledge this error is getting from domain registration and it miss-configuration from somewhere.
mhassan
Dear All, I havn't customized anything . I just created email templates that has nothing to do with it .
brian!
do these email templates that you've created contain any stylesheet code or any other non-html code? I only ask because the error message does seem to indicate that the problem lies in the email template - it looks like it's been written in MS Office (probably Word) and it may contain code that will either have to be removed or wrapped in {literal} tags.
edwardmill
Well brian i have test from admin panel the ordering system is working fine file is change from registration side.
brian!
ordering from the admin side is different from ordering on the client side... if he's given you admin access, take a look at his email templates and see if they are different from the default ones.
