After Check out Screen goes blank no acknowledgement

Hello!!

 

I am using WHMCS , all things working perfect. But when customer type in all information on order form and press COMPLETE ORDER button . It process and then nothing comes on . When page is refreshed it says email address is already in use. What to do / Please help as there should be acknowledgement to the customer.

I checked out my self and after clicking order button page goes blank, I don't even get order in pending order in WHMCS. Please also check if it would help link is http://ezsolutionspk.net/whmcsbilling/cart.php?a=add&pid=5

have you modified your email templates? you may want to have a look at them - my guess is that you've added some stylesheet code to your email template that should be wrapped in {literal} tags in order to work.

Well from my knowledge this error is getting from domain registration and it miss-configuration from somewhere.

I havn't customized anything . I just created email templates that has nothing to do with it .

do these email templates that you've created contain any stylesheet code or any other non-html code?

 

I only ask because the error message does seem to indicate that the problem lies in the email template - it looks like it's been written in MS Office (probably Word) and it may contain code that will either have to be removed or wrapped in {literal} tags.

Well brian i have test from admin panel the ordering system is working fine file is change from registration side.

ordering from the admin side is different from ordering on the client side... if he's given you admin access, take a look at his email templates and see if they are different from the default ones.

I didn't order from admin panel i order from client side. It's working fine nothing is problem with that. i thing so he delete the admin access now but anyway if he get the problem he will come back here.

i'm still getting errors, but i'm sure you're right that he'll come back if the issue continues for him.
