Invoices are being created seperately, but they shouldnt be.

I have attached screenshots of my configuration.

 

I am having a problem with only one customer it seems. He has a number of different services that are billed on the same day. With all my other customers who have "next billing date" on the same day, the WHMCS will automatically put them all together and create only ONE invoice.

 

The problem i experience with this customer is that it creates 2 invoices at the same time.

 

I have also confirmed that: Separate Invoices for Services, is NOT checked.

 

Also notice the LOG... they are created at the same exact moment...

 

Also notice the emails... they are sent at the same time, but I notice that one email doesn't have the invoice number. Not sure if that is relevant.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Is this a bug?

Hi,

It looks like those two services should be invoiced together. Do you have any addons/customisations/action hooks installed? They could be causing the behaviour, so try removing them and see if the issue persists.
