invoice added as attachment to email?

Hi. My WHMCS system emails out automated 'invoice created' and 'invoice reminders' but doesn't attach the invoice PDF to any of them. I found this post and went to my general settings but 'Enable PDF Invoices' was already checked. Any ideas why my invoices aren't being attached? My clients don't like logging into their accounts. They just want the PDF in an email.

i'd be tempted to suggest the old support trick of turning something off and turning it back on again! :)

so disable the checkbox, save settings.... and then enable it again and save.

if this is a new installation, it might be an idea to open a support ticket, as WHMCS will be able to have a look at your installation and see if any files didn't upload correctly - or they might be able to tweak a database setting to get the invoices attached.

Hi. Thanks for your reply Brian. I tried the good ol' off and back on trick, and created an invoice which has seemed to do the trick!! I'm yet to see if the attachment will go out on an automated cron run but hopefully it will.
