Jaggl
Hello, i have hidden some Configurable Option Groups (See Picture 1) but the Starting From Price will take the Hidden to calculate the Starting from Price! (Picture 2) In my Eyes the Starting from Price in this scenario should show 12€ as this is the fist which is not hidden! Can someone please help me with this?
brian!
from what I can see, the first is the monthly amount which is €2... if you want to show semiannual amounts, then I think you need to change the order of the if statements in products.tpl and configureproducts.tpl
Jaggl
i have hidden some options but they are still added to the > Starting from Price in the Order Page.... In my Eyes when i hide an option the Order page should not take this option to calculate the starting from price. the first unhidden option should be used.... is there no Addon out which can handle this?

brian!
I don't see a configurable option where I can select 2,4,6,8,10 etc as in your screenshot.
Jaggl
yeah because you have to make such config option by yourself.... in my case i used it for game server slots.... the 2,4,6 could also be a,b,c.... this is setup by myself > admin/configproductoptions.php
brian!
it might be worth starting a ticket with support about this for two reasons - first, they'll know more than me about configurable options, and secondly, they may want to look in your admin panel to see if you're settings are right.
Jaggl
the problem is that they told me that this is normal.... i already talked to the support and they are not willing to help me with this > i should search for an Addon which do this thats what they told me!
othellotech
It's a known bug, which I'm advised will be fixed in 5.3.x

Deeco
Don't think I understood this thread correctly, but think it's relate to a issue I have. Basically I setup a Product SSL at a monthly rate with Configurable Options of 'Years 1,2,3' with their monthly prices, but in the cart the price doubles, why is that?
