Ticket from Sub-Accounts and wrong CC Recipients

I am running WHMCS 5.2.7, but this bug has existed in previous versions too.

 

When I customer has extra contacts/sub-accounts and send email to open a new ticket from the sub-account email address, then when I look at the tickets "Options" tab, the "CC Recipients" is filled wrong like this:

 

CC Recipients: subaccount@email.com,subaccount@email.com

 

Please correct this bug in the next version of WHMCS.

Hello,

 

I applogize we missed this report the first time. I have been able to reproduce the issue and have opened case: 5325 so our developers can work on getting it resolved.

 

I try to ensure each post in this forum gets a reply, but if you don't get a reply and a case number, please bump the thread or send me a private message so we can ensure that all reports are addressed.
