adnan
Best way to troubleshoot blank page problems is to add the following line $display_errors = true; to your WHMCS configuration.php and then reproduce the blank page which should display the error message.
adnan
Are you able to see the domain details on admin side ? If admin side is working fine then it may be issue with your template.
edwardmill
Are you able to see the domain details on admin side ? If admin side is working fine then it may be issue with your template. I am facing this problem from both side. In admin panel and from the user area too. I have spoke to WHMCS team but they said that the porblem is with your domain module but i have update the module but still facing the problem. - - - Updated - - - I have add this line in my confrigation.php file $display_errors = true; but they didn't show me any error still getting blank page and nothing else. Might be its a bug because i have tried on different domain with default template of WHMCS. I have install the new whmcs and then tried or order test domain and then i went there i am getting same problem.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 30, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 30, 2013 Hi, I was able to find your account from the screenshots and looked up the ticket details. I think you've missed out some important information here; you're using a custom module called "OpenSRS Pro". As I suggested in the ticket, you're best bet is to contact the vendors of "OpenSRS Pro" directly for assistance with their code.
