What is the timezone and locality for the Support /members/ ticketin

Hi

 

I am in Australia and I get to reply an email support (https://www.whmcs.com/members/) one a day and I have to wait another day to receive my reply from the support.

 

I want to know the time zone so I can stay AWAKE or set my machine clock to remind me and solve my problems through support on time rather than waiting days with back and forth. It is emails taking me weeks for only a few simple emails.

 

Hope you can assist me my request.
