sol2010
I had the same issue and lost emails because when I upgraded the permissions were re-set. Check the permissions on the pipe.php file located at > whmcs/Pipe/pipe.php - should be 0755 (pop.php should be 0644) NOTE to WHMCS STAFF - I think it would be great if a warning message could show in admin that permissions are not set. This would be easy to include!! Edited August 13, 2013 by sol2010

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 15, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 15, 2013 Hi, What output do you see on-screen when you visit the pop.php file in your browser?
ani_web
Hi,What output do you see on-screen when you visit the pop.php file in your browser? Now I am using my Hosting Cpanel's email which has created with my subdomain. exmp. billing@whmcs.mydomain.com With use of port 25 and working fine. Till now I am unable to use google smtp ssl. And seen POP Import Log Date: 15/08/2013 23:53:15Host: myserver.com Email: billing@whmcs.mydomain.com Email Count: 0 Edited August 15, 2013 by ani_web
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 18, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 18, 2013 Hi, That output means there's no email in the billing@whmcs.mydomain.com inbox, so nothing for WHMCS to import into the ticket system. When a client emails billing@whmcs.mydomain.com and the pop.php script it run, you should see " Email Count: 1" and a ticket appear in WHMCS.
