facupuig
Hi there, I just did a search on the feature request about "CRM" and nothing was found, that is incorrect because there is a request with 75 votes titled "CRM Integration" also if you click on the "Currently Declined" this link: https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/idea/status/Currently+Declined#page1 I got this: /http://f.cl.ly/items/3b0K3k021r1l1r0b2U13/Captura%20de%20pantalla%202013-07-31%20a%20la(s)%2015.19.30.jpg And also, is there any updates in the progress of the: iWHMCs Responsive Admin template Beatiful order pages There are 7 items "in progress" for the last month or more, It looks like there is no much activity commented, I am sure you guys are working hard, but we need some updates to know where we are. Sometimes choices are made based on the tools you use, and I think it would be great if some requestes are going to be taken into account or not to move forward or not. Thank you for your time.
WHMCS Chris
Howdy, The currently declined link appears to be broken - I'll take a look. However there are quite a few that have been completed since introduction of the Feature Request platform: https://requests.whmcs.com/responses/idea/status/completed The In Progress status is exactly that. Unfortunately in the world of software development, sometimes feature implementations have to be placed on hold temporarily for other outstanding issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. With that, the current focus on the upcoming release is focused primarily on identifying issues in both functionality, and logic related design.
slim
People should be pleased to hear that last sentence. It sounds like you are going to pause for a bit and do some serious bug fixing.. I think at some point all software development teams should stop new development and to really listen to customers complaints regarding bugs and functionality that should work, but doesnt. The team should concentrate on the code to fix whats broken and to improve the code so that future work becomes easier. This can take months - but would be worth it because the quality of the product would get better. WHMCS is such a big package now - with stacks of integrations. These need to be maintained and cared for and its a massive task.
