theviewer1985
Hi Guys This may be unique to 2checkout's module for WHMCS .... but as i havent seen any other payment module in action, i do not know for sure. First off everything works fine.. its more of a aesthetic improvement But basically when purchasing off my WHMCS site, it goes to the "please wait while processing" page and under it is a "make one off payment" button - I do not want that button. It isnt needed and can just cause confusion... i havent seen buttons like that on other shops when i setup recurring payments. I also see it on unpaid invoices at the top right. Why does it exist... how can i remove it? Thanks
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 23, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 23, 2013 Hi, The forwarder to the payment gateway relies on the user having javascript enabled in their browser, if they don't the user won't be redirected so needs to click the payment button to make payment. You can reduce the time clients spend on the page by reducing the "5000" value in the forwardpage.tpl template file (time in milliseconds).

Thanks for that tip.... so what is it doing during that time? From memory theres a "processing" type of load bar... Or is that purely aesthetical? In other words... what damage could I do if i was to reduce that time, to 0...
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 24, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 24, 2013 Hi, It's purely aesthetic, reducing the redirect time to 0 wouldn't have any negative impacts of which I'm aware.
