I feel silly asking the customer for the cvv seeing the already entered it already via the portal. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 9, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 9, 2013 Hi, It's strictly against Visa, Mastercard, Amex.. policy for the CVV to be stored in any format, even written down on paper, so WHMCS does not store it. The point being that the client has to be at their computer or on the phone at the exact moment of payment to authorise the transaction.
