Guest dhblewis
I have outgrown my single reseller account which is WHM/cPanel. I would like to buy another but have it on a different server but from the same company. I would like them to be accessed from: server1.mydomain.com/cpanel server2.mydomain.com/cpanel and all the nameservers be ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com How do I go about setting this up?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted July 3, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted July 3, 2013 Hi, You'd simply add your second reseller account as a second server in WHMCS.
Guest dhblewis
Hi, This was meant as a non-whmcs question (I thought I had it in the General Discussion Thread) I am wondering how to set up the multiple WHM accounts (which are on different servers) on the one domain name.
easyhosting
Hi, This was meant as a non-whmcs question (I thought I had it in the General Discussion Thread) I am wondering how to set up the multiple WHM accounts (which are on different servers) on the one domain name. I think the best people to answer this would be cPanel. If you have root WHM, then under support chose support centre > Submit a Support Request
basic
If he is a reseller, then he has no WHM root access to open a ticket with cPanel.net. As for the actual question .... server1.mydomain.com/cpanel server2.mydomain.com/cpanel You could set "server2.mydomain.com" up as a redirect to the IP of the 2nd server. However, I see no easy way to work all this out using the same nameservers. That would only be possible if you'd be the admin for both root servers. At least I can't think of a solution there.
