striddy
Please explain how you set this up. Someone is more likely to help if you describe what you did, and where you see these errors.

DigitalEnigma
Hi, Have you CHMOD pipe.php to 755 as per the documentation so it can be executed?
Zothecula
Neither that page or the video said to chmod anything, I would have figured since I installed whmcs through Softaculous that all permissions would be set by default. Anyway, I did chmod 755 and now I get this error which is now different: pipe to |/home/zothnetn/public_html/order/pipe/pipe.php generated by support -at- zothnet.com The following text was generated during the delivery attempt: ------ pipe to |/home/zothnetn/public_html/order/pipe/pipe.php generated by support -at- zothnet.com ------ <div style="border: 1px dashed #cc0000;font-family:Tahoma;background-color:#FBEEEB;width:100%;padding:10px;color:#cc0000;"><strong>Critical Error</strong><br>Could not connect to the database</div> ------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------
DigitalEnigma
Hi, It does under the Common Problems section on that page:- Local Delivery Failed Error Message If you receive a bounce email containing an error that states local delivery failed like the error shown below when sending an email in to your piped email address then the forwarder entry is not correct and the message is not being sent to the pipe.php script. pipe to |/home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php generated by support@yourdomain.com local delivery failed To correct this, first ensure the /pipe/pipe.php file is chmod to 755. From the error you are getting now it looks like the script is failing to connect to the database.
striddy
I suggest you lodge a ticket with WHMCS. Then you can describe in detail your problem.
Alex - Arvixe
Try going through the common error steps and ensure you are not sending an email from your email address associated with any admin account. Common errors for email piping: http://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Piping#Common_Problems If using cPanel the easiest way is to go via email forwarding method to pipe emails to tickets. If these common error steps doesn't work it would be best to create a ticket with WHMCS to troubleshoot the issues.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 23, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 23, 2013 Hi, Are you perchance using the 11.38 build of cPanel? There appears to be a known issue in that release that can cause this error. cPanel support should be able to help you out with that.
