fragger
Hello, often we have the Problem that our Website is hanging in a loop, they don't want to load. After deleting "Website Settings" in Firefox - all is working normally! Any idea what this could be? Thanks!

fragger
Since I do not use IE and I do not know how I can reproduce it, I can not say anything - the problem remains, however ...

WebsiteIntegrations
are you using an htaccess file? If so what is in it? Is the base url to whmcs set properly?
Damo
Are you using any add-ons? I've seen the client area stall when using the CSF add-on and a connection was timing out to one of the servers.
fragger
I Think i found the Issue. We have an SSL Certificate and entered the Data in WHMCS. So we set an Non HTTPS URL and a HTTPS URL - our Adminarea are secured by SSL and the Frontend not always. After i became this error again, i changed all URLs to HTTPS and forced a HTTP URL with htaccess to HTTPS - after my changed the Problem are solved without deleting "Website Settings" in Firefox. Actually i dont have this error again. I think its a cookie problem with URLs because of HTTP and HTTPS.
WHMCS TedX
Would you please post a step-by-step guide to configuring WHMCS so that a site will **experience** what you seem to have been experiencing? fragger
Sure: General Settings -> General: - Domain: http://domain.tld/ - WHMCS System URL: http://domain.tld/ - WHMCS SSL System URL: https://domain.tld/ General Settings -> Security: - Admin Force SSL Access: True - Disable Session IP Check: True And now you have to click from Admin Area to Client Area, login with an Account in the Client Area, change back to Admin Area, login to another user via Admin Area, go to Client Area log off, change back to Admin Area, change to Client Area, get back to Admin Area, login in with an User through Admin Area, go back to Admin Area, login in as another User, log off, Close Browser, Open Browser, order something, get back to Admin Area etc..... In Short: "You have to use WHMCS to get this Problem". Often you get this Problem after a few Days, i login via aWHMCS, via Opera Browser on Smartphone, with my Laptop and with my PC - i also have many devices who is use WHMCS with. I can not say exactly how you can reproduce this.
