Edit Suspension Reasons

Ok, I've used WHMCS in the past, and have been using it now since the first of the year. I've browsed through here looking for this answer, however I have been unable to find it.

Several have said to go into the suspension module, however I am unable to locate. Since our WHMCS is not interfaced directly to the NOC or DC, we dont have a module for the NOC/DC (except for our shared hosting equipment)

So. With that, when we suspend a customer's product, the suspension reason pops up to the side saying Overdue on payment. We suspended the client for an MSA violation.

I have dug through the documentation and have found no way to change this.

Steps to recreate issue:

1: create product not assigned to any predefined module (like enom, resellersclub, etc)

2: create customer and place order for said product

3: active such said product and treat it like normal

4: go into clients profile

5: click products/services

6: click status, choose suspend

7: see error to right of suspend box.

Some help in fixing this annoying issue would be helpful.

Regards.

Hi,

The forums are for user-to-user support only, staff try and drop by when they can to help out.

If you require a response from a member of staff, please open a support ticket.

To specify a custom suspension reason, click the "Suspend" Module Command button under the client's Products/Services tab.

If you're not using a module so don't see these buttons. Consider using the Autorelease module: http://docs.whmcs.com/Auto_Release
