shout Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 (edited) I started out with Verticalsteps as my chosen order form template. Today when I went in to try to change it, I picked Ajaxcart, and saved it--seemed to work fine. But when I go to the client area, it's still using Verticalsteps! :-( I have changed it to most of the other templates, but it doesn't ever actually change in the client area. EDIT: Even if I am viewing the orderform and append &carttpl=Ajaxcart (or similar) to the URL, it doesn't change. Si Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 Two possibles: You may have another mod installed that is over-riding the setting. Do you have a mobile template module installed (even if it's de-activated), it may be worth deleting the templates and mods to check. Also, make sure the product group is set to default cart and isn't set to show the verticalsteps template - this will over-ride the default. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I never would have caught that in a million years. Thanks so much!
