easyhosting
Just ordered the mobile addon and downloaded version 1.4 and installed as instructed below Installation Instructions Begin by downloading the Mobile Edition from the parent license key page in our client area @ www.whmcs.com/members/clientarea.php?action=products Unzip the files to a folder locally on your computer Create a subfolder on your WHMCS installation named "mobile" Now upload the files into that folder Next login to the regular WHMCS admin area and go to Help > Check for Updates to force an immediate update of your local license key Now you'll be able to access the mobile version using your regular admin login details @ www.yourdomain.com/whmcs/mobile That's the installation complete and ready to run! this is installed at http://mysite/whmcs/mobile/, but all this gives on my blackberry is a blank page. after enabling errors is shows Fatal error: Cannot access private property WHMCS_License::$keydata in /home/USERNAME/public_html/clients/mobile/index.php on line 0 i have a ticket open #MWP-118090 but as yet no reply Edited April 20, 2013 by easyhosting

easyhosting
Hello, The new mobile edition is a BETA. http://forums.whmcs.com/showthread.php?71171-RESOLVED-Mobile-addon-broken yes but in the download section is clearly states [h=4]"Mobile Edition V2.0 Beta - Download[/h] 12th April 2013 - WHMCS Admin Area Optimised for mobile devices such as Phones & Tablets (BETA Version - Not Intended for Production Use) " so WHMCS needs to make their minds up it can or cannot be used in a production environment.

easyhosting
Did I miss something? yes when Chris suggested version 2. this was also suggest to use in the support ticket i have with WHMCS Hi, Could you please download v2.0 of the Mobile Edition which will resolve this issue. You can download this from our client area (https://www.whmcs.com/members). Click the Services > Licences & Services Link on the menu, then the "View Details" button next to your license. The downloads are available on that product detail page under the Downloads tab. so it can either be used production or it cant
