Ticket Monitor

Recommended Posts

Do you always have to go to the support tickets area and hit F5 on your keyboard? How many time you lose just for just going to the browser and wait for the page to refresh? Not anymore!

With this app you'll get notified right after a new ticket is placed.

  • Uses very low memory 9MB on Windows 7
  • Get notified right after a new ticket change status or a new one is created
  • One license per domain, not per user
  • Stay in tray monitoring and only alerts you if a status changes
  • Shows all tickets status and count

Yeah, it does notify you, but you have to always check another mailbox for those notifications. With the monitor you are just one click away from the support tickets page and you're not getting 10 emails to notify about 10 tickets emails.

Works for any ticket statuses.
