circusplexus
I have tried several times to submit a support ticket but each time I get a page that says the server is unavailable. Very frustrating. Is there another way to contact this company? I tried the Facebook page but so far no response there.
WHMCS Chris
Emailing support@whmcs.com should work fine
circusplexus
OK. But why the website error? Not a confidence builder. I am new to the software.
Daniel
It's just a problem with CloudFlare which isn't a part of WHMCS so isn't anything to worry about.
WHMCS Chris
We're still working with CloudFlare to resolve the issue.
Bubka3
The only issue I have with WHMCS and Cloudflare on my installation is during the order process, the IP shown is ClouldFlare's. All the other places, IE WHMCS admin side show the correct ip.
