Hi,

 

Im looking for a company who can integrate my WHMCS with my Wordpress design, in order that my WHMCS design looks similar to my website.

 

Until now i have found 4 companies that do that kind of service and i leave you a pool in order that anyone who has experience can share in order to help me making the right decision on wich company i will hire to match my WHMCS design with my Website.

 

Companies that i have found until now:

Please share your experiences and please vote on what of this 3 companies do you think is the best.

 

For me on this project money is no problem. Im just want to find a quality company that can make a very good integration of my Wordpress website with my WHMCS.

 

Also if you know any other quality company that can make this kind of service and its not listed above, please fell free to share

Jack at Zomex will do a full integration. The quality of his work is nothing short of outstanding. Jack is customer oriented and that attitude is reflected in his support. Zomex prices may not be the best but his work is.

I would recommend researching each company separately via Google.

 

I've completed many integrations that I haven't yet had time to add to my past work page (over 30) so feel free to contact me for any further examples. I've also got a integration to complete tonight.

I have only used an off the shelf zomex, its works well was easy to install, have started to do a lot of my own teaks

 

Jack has responded to a few support requests when ive wanted to know the location of something

 

Jack has been very helpful. Probably the best $69 i spent

Which type of requirements do you have further than the standard integration provided by all of us?

 

The key to a solid Wordpress integration with WHMCS is to copy only the required files to WHMCS. I've seen some companies grab the whole wp-content/ directory which isn't good because it will contain many Wordpress PHP files which could result in the site getting hacked (Wordpress itself brings out frequent updates to stop this but if the WHMCS template contains Wordpress files they won't get updated when Wordpress is updated so it could put the site at risk)

 

It may be best if you hire one of the companies to complete their standard integration and then once finished you can see exactly which further changes you require.

For us security is a very important factor. Our Wordpress website and our WHMCS are hosted in different servers and they should act independant from each other, so in case my website is down, my WHMCS keeps up working. Also all must be made not to have any security holes.

 

In terms of my needs, can can tell you right now that i want someone that can make a good job, attention to detail and that goes a little further that the normal integration.

 

By that what i mean is that i need someone that can look at my website and make little tweaks of the WHMCS theme to making perfect and unique. This things can be little things like the type of font used, using different icons from the standard ones that can match my website style, etc..

 

So does anyone knows a developer or company that can go this extra mile on a Wordpress <> WHMCS integration.

 

As i said before my budjet can go up to $150 depending on work that will be made.

 

Please share your advices here and if you have a direct offer, please PM me.

But.. sorry to say (im not rich) but all the companies offer services around 20 - 30 Dollars. This seems quite low for a really quality work.

 

Im still looking for a company that can really make a good integrating spending some hours on it to integrate in detailed and in the best way possible.

https://www.whmcsthemes.com/ just did my integration, I asked for all kinds of ridiculous tweaks, they were patient, they did a better job then I could have possibly hope to do syncing up wordpress and whmcs ... I'm actually pretty excited about my site now ... they did an amazing job integrating my whmcs install ... just wanted to chime in, Alistair and company are an awesome crew.

Sure, wwesn will post a long list of testimonials from clients he's done good work for, but if you search you'll also find that he has screwed a number of people as well, so you're rolling the dice with him.

Cool. Not sure why its still using Ubuntu font in whmcs when your design does not use it. And the header/footer menu font size and spacing is not the same - get what you pay for i guess :)
