Unable to add to cart in admin account

It has been several years since we first used WHMCS and many things have changed with the software, however, we are having a most frustrating problem.

Our WHMCS license includes the configurable options add-on.

We have built several products that require a user to choose their options. Each option has a fee, and when we use the link to test directly to ensure things are flowing properly, we are unable to add anything to the shopping cart. We have also tested this without actually being logged in and it still does not work.

Unless we are missing something, we believe it is configured correctly on the back end but would welcome some advice. Currently we have a group built for the product, then added a product. We have unticked the require domain box (for now, for testing purposes), however once you click on the product, nothing happens. A loading bar appears and the system just hangs.

The product has several of the configurable options built in for it, and those are selected to be displayed with the product. Yet even if you choose the options you want, it will not give you an option to add your configured product to the cart.

Thanks for the advice.

Regards.
