Need Original Email Template for "Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice"

Hiya,

Some numpty here has removed the important code from the default email template for ...

"Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice"

... we're missing the WHMCS content that loops through the domains and lists them out.

Will you be kind enough to go to your email template section in WHMCS and find this email template and copy and paste the important bit of code at the top for us?

Many thanks in advance.

Thanks - it's the bit inside the curly braces we need.

We have the first bit which is like this ...

{if $days_until_expiry}The domain(s) listed below are due to expire within the next {$days_until_expiry} days.{else}The domain(s) listed below are going to expire in {$domain_days_until_expiry} days.{/if}

... but there is another section similar to the above which actually calls for the domains to be listed.

It's the second piece of code / content we're missing.

I can only assume that's new in 5.1/2x (or it was manually created at your end), since there is nothing like that in the default template in the 5.0.3 version I'm running. There is a section below the editor that shows how to create a loop, but it's not set in the default template, at least in my install.

I thought I had replied to this thread already but it appears not so here goes again ...

Thanks. Is it possible you can copy and paste the content of your email "Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice" so we can extract the bit that is missing from ours?

  • 1 year later...

in which file is the content of this original message located? There seem to be some changes in the code because the line

{if $domain_days_until_expiry}Zullen de domeinen hieronder verlopen binnen {$days_until_expiry} dagen.{else}De domeinen hieronder gaan verlopen over {$domain_days_until_expiry} dagen. Verleng uw domeinen nu voordat het te laat is...{/if}

doesn't come up anywhere in the email message...

i would like to have the most recent original english content of this email message so i can translate it the right way, anyone can help me on this?
