pvanliew
So I have a Knowledgebase and some articles, and whether I'm logged in or not, when the Knowledgebase article or even category is clicked, it just stays at that page, it does not open the article. Neither the article or the category is hidden and I even have it set to not have to be logged in. I have tried this in 4 different browsers from multiple locations. Ideas? Another one of hundreds of bugs?
gbrennae
What client area template are you using? Have you made any changes to the template? Is the link triggered by some kind of Javascript? Sounds like a syntax error in the JavaScript if no error is being returned. Install Firebug for Firefox and see if you get some output in the console. Does the browser indicate that it is trying to load a page in anyway? For example do you see the spinning wheel or and feedback in the status bar indicating that the browser is trying to contact the server? If not it is most likely a JavaScript issue.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 5, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 5, 2012 Hi, This could suggest you're using SEF URLs but have not fully completed the setup. Please refer to http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Center#Search_Engine_Friendly_URLS
