fusionuk
Morning all Upgraded to 5.0.3 this morning, now have an issue with Income being stuck on loading (and the other overviews) plus there is no text in the drop down menus so I can't select anything. Any ideas folks? Bit stuck Regards Stu

fusionuk
Hi, yes, all done in Binary mode. I was aware of the latest version but unfortunately I can only download what is available on my hosts site (I'm a reseller so they are the actual license holder. I can't download from the WHMCS site, they have to do that and make the files available to us their clients) Regards Stu
easyhosting
Try reinstalling it and ask your host why they are not providing the latest version

gbrennae
If your loading over a SSL connection and there is an issue with the certificate the AJAX request that populates the UI could be being blocked by your browser.
fusionuk
No SSL, just a normal connection. Also tried clearing out the template cache just in case but to no avail
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 5, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 5, 2012 Hi, One other thing to try is clearing your browser cache and temporary files. Those screenshots don't look like v5.1.2 so your browser might have an old version of the page cached.
