Sam
Hi, Sure you can setup WHMCS for delivering services and then add carrier costs with a product/service or even put it as an optional addon on the order form.
netwood
We typically use "Billable items" for that. Maybe that's not to optimal way to do it. //jonas
kanum
Hi, Can you please let me know how to setup as Billable items? @Jona if possible can you send me your web site link so I can take a look? Thanks
netwood
Navigate to the customer, select "Billable items" and click "Add Billable Item". Then select the appropriate product/service, keep 0 in the hours field and then just put the cost in the cost field. //jonas

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 2, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 2, 2012 Hi, Billable items can only be created by staff or the API. There isn't a way for clients to 'sign up' for a billable item.
gbrennae
We are currently working on a module to support this functionality. It is currently not possible to do what you are asking without custom development. The module will be posted in the WHMCS addon directory when complete and I will update this post. Perhaps we could get a poll going to see what carriers people would like to see implemented?
