Module Command Error System user email does not exist! (But it does exist)

Client discontinued several domains. I ran the whmcs Module Command to Terminate the site, but it will not run. Instead, I get this: "Module Command Error

System user email does not exist!" Huh? Can any expert explain this so I can do what I want to do?

Interesting. The usual cpanel system email came in to tell me the account was Terminated even though WHMCS still shows the Module Command Error.
