Intellisearch status does not line up, and has a fixed position

It's great to have the intellisearch drop down appearing appearing below the search box again but the status indicator does not match up, and if you scroll through the search results the status is fixed in position whilst the rest scrolls behind it.

 

This screenshot shows what I'm referring to.

 

You can see that the [x] close link is behind and well above the status indicators.

 

On a related matter, will the patches posted to date be rolled into a maintenance release? There's been no mention of when an update will be made available.
