Makeovers
So, it seems that my clients are being auto terminated after about 3 days each. I was thinking it was because they are not using my name servers, instead using CloudFlares. This is becoming a HUGE hassle. Also, there is nothing in the logs except for the fact that the account was terminated. I am also using cPanel/WHM. I have checked the next due date, and found it to be next month. As for the logs, this is all that it shows: 29/09/2012 03:00 Module Terminate Successful - Service ID: 9 System 29/09/2012 03:00 Module Terminate Successful - Service ID: 8 System 29/09/2012 03:00 Module Terminate Successful - Service ID: 6 System 29/09/2012 03:00 Module Terminate Successful - Service ID: 7 System I was thinking that it could be, as said before, that they are using CloudFlare, and the IP's do not match ours. This is what appears in the resolver page.
easyhosting
I doubt this is due to Cloudflare, we have many of our clients using Cloudflare without issue. i suggest you open a support ticket with WHMCS and have them look at your installation
Makeovers
I have done so. I have not received a reply regarding how to actually fix the issue. I need this to be fixed very soon to keep it from occurring again today.
Makeovers
I came to the conclusion that it is most likely the PayPal transaction lookup addon. The accounts that were being terminated were accounts who's purchases were made to a different paypal. I have disabled the addon, and am hoping it to be fixed now.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 2, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 2, 2012 Hi, Please include the full activity log entries. It's possible you've configured these products to be fixed term and are therefore being terminated automatically once the Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services > Edit > Pricing tab > Auto Terminate/Fixed Term value is reached.
