Keep getting support emails

Hi I keep getting emails from support saying you can't register my ticket because my email isn't one you recognise.

 

I haven't sent any emails to your support for ages, so I imagine this is some sort of automated system.

 

Could someone PM me to get my email so you can clear it from your list?

 

Also, JFYI, at the bottom of this message the html looks to be a bit knackered:

Hi,

This sounds like you have some kind of automated system sending emails to our system which are then being rejected. The first place to check is Setup > Administrators in WHMCS and ensure none of the email addresses there are @whmcs.com.

 

Sure enough, an entry was there...

 

Thanks for your help, I think I finally have my system setup as desired.
