Domain Registrations/Transfers/Renewals not processing

I manually register & transfer domains for clients regularly. I'm noticing after the upgrade, those aren't processing. I tick the box to send to the registrar, but I need it to actually do that before payment is made when I do it manually. It no longer does this, just sits there until I realize it didn't process.

 

Any way to make this work again? Hopefully it makes sense.

Thank you, this isn't the issue. It's not actually failing.

 

I create a new order > add the domain > tick Registration

 

Then, I get to the page where it asks me to select a Registrar > I tick Send to Registrar > Click Accept

 

The domain doesn't register -- it was before the update, this is how I have always done it. But now I have to click back into the domain, select the registrar again, then click register.
