dave_u
Hi, I'm currently setting up WHMCS and configuring the support area and email piping. Basically, I want to use our support@ourdomain.com to pipe emails into WHMCS but I don't want it to import all of our emails via POP3, i'd like it to use IMAP as we have several users accessing this account via Outlook etc using IMAP. Is this possible or is there some Outlook-type 'Leave a copy of the message on the server option'? The WHMCS installation is on client.ourdomain.com. Thanks in advance for your help. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 24, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 24, 2012 Hi, Regrettably this is not a feature WHMCS has at this time. As WHMCS is checking the inbox for you, you no longer need to. Your staff will receive support ticket notification emails from WHMCS instead.
