MY WHMCS Does not create invoices or send notifications to me or my customers

Hello,

I need your help. My WHMCS does not create invoices or send notifications to me or my customers. I did set the crob job but it does not work.

 

Iam on a shared reseller account using cpanel. But my host said that their settings have no problem and that that i should seek help from here.

Hi,

The first thing to check is Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of email sending for any errors.
