i'm having problems getting enom integrated correctly - specifically domain transfers

here's what i've done...

 

1) signed up for a free enom reseller account via the link provided in whmcs - http://www.whmcs.com/partners/enom/

 

2) configured the module in whmcs with correct enom login info

 

3) had enom white-list the ip address

 

4) setup domain pricing details in whmcs

 

had a customer initiate 4 domain transfers. they paid the invoice, but now nothing is happening. the customer nor i got any kind of error messages. it appears to have worked just fine... only the transfers are not happening.

 

i've contacted enom and they said everything on their end is setup just fine. they said my reseller account never received any domain transfer requests.

 

what am i doing wrong?
