We are located in Bulleen, Melbourne, Australia and we are looking for a WHMCS expert to help us (initially) on site at our office.

 

If you are out there (or know someone who is) and are/is interested in a contract to assist us in completing the set up of our WHMCS, please contact me.

Hi Lance, thanks for answering my post.

 

Basically we need a post-install set up of our WHMCS. It's hard to describe everything we need via forum or email or even iChat/Skype. This is why we've asked for a local expert who can come to us and consult for the entire job.

 

Are you in Melbourne? Close to Bulleen? We'd like to get together with you at our (home) office to discuss each aspect. We'd like to hire you (or someone) for the initial big job of setting up... then from time to time when we need extra stuff done.

 

If you're interested, then so are we.

No the other side of the world to you, but with WHMCS being web based you may find a wider audience that can assist, lots of us have setup and use WHMCS and have integrated it in one way or another. These forums are also a great source of knowledge if people know what you are trying to achieve.

Hi Lance, ok that's cool. How familiar are you with setting up WHMCS? Can you show me some sites you've worked on and set up? What would you charge us to help us with our set up? Mind you, we have set alot up already, it's just 'figuring out' a few things and fine tuning.

I was in contact with Shaun @ Kadeo but he was always to busy to meet face to face. I have a job which when performed will be time criticle, so I want someone physically in the same location when its done.

WHMCS is fairly straight forward, I know there were a few services out there offering this service to customers as well as guests - I cannot remember what it was called

I know how to use WHMCS day to day.. I run one business with it. The task requires importing data from another billing system and then tweeking everything (invoice logos, server settings, gateways etc) to ensure smooth transition. Somthing I dont want remote help with.
