Problems with WHMCS and Plesk 11

I haveing problems with setting up whmcs with my plesk 11 installation.

everytime i buy a new webspace account (new customer-account or existing customer account) i am getting an error message by mail when i marked the invoice as paid and then i try to activate the order:

An order has received its first payment but the automatic provisioning has failed and requires you to manually check & resolve.

Client ID: 5

Service ID: 13

Product/Service: WEB M

Domain: mydomain.de

Error: Error Code: -

i have read this: http://docs.whmcs.com/Plesk and set up a Reseller Account in plesk which is linkes (becaus whmcs creates user on plesk correctly sometimes)

the blank error code tells something about firewall, but i dont thinks thats the problem because i can access the plesk panel on the default port as admin user, and the whmcs panel is directly a webhostingaccount inside plesk customer account.

Another problem related to this is that all order are pending, when i accept it (screen tells whats my problem)

Plesk 11 does work with WHMCS - it took me a bit to get it working through.

Under Servers, ensure you're using the Plesk 10 module with the main administration username and password and secure mode ticked. Ensure port 8443 is open inbound and outbound on your WHMCS and Plesk servers.

Your package should be set to use the Plesk 10 module, the service plan name must match what you have inside Plesk and the reseller plan name should be empty.

You should be good to go after this..
