Bartucxp
I often get invalid token errors after 5.1.2 upgrade. They appear randomly, sometimes after replying ticket or sometimes after modifying and saving a product/service. I click back, refresh page, modify again and no error this time. This makes me lose lots of time especially while replying tickets, I have to type same things all over again! This needs a fix. Bubka3
Have you tried logging out, deleting all your cookies, and logging back in? That usually fixes any token issues.
Bartucxp
Yes, it didn't help. I'm not sure yet but I think this happens when I login client area as a client(using the link on client summary).

imaticon
I definitely can confirm the same issue. This is not a cookie issue and it happens randomly
sparky
I've actually gotten to the stage of copying the entire reply in a ticket before I submit it now.

WHMCS Chris
i get to see same issue. Whmcs now have sick support so came to forum.there tecks seems like not paid or on bananas.. always taking time and sending messages as playing ping pong of texting.. Hello, Could you provide a ticket(s) as an example to this? For all others, the session is set by your servers global php.ini - however in regards to switching from admin -> client area we do have an available patch to resolve the session issue. Please contact support to obtain this file.
sparky
The main problem is just in admin for me... only happens occasionally and is not consistant. It is NOT a session issue as sessions on my servers are set at 20mins and have been for years. Also when I login I check the box so that it uses cookies and the cookie has not expired. This only started happening from V5
