WHMCS Client Web Design Express...Fraud? Please Help

Recommended Posts

I am not saying WHMCS is committing a fraud...I am asking aobut Web Design Express, LA, California. You click on their help if you have any questions and it's the WHMCS link. So do you guys invoice me, I pay you and you give the money to them...they create my website? Well the last part doesn't happen.

I wish to know if my money was collected via fraud because after two months I cannot get Web Design Express to call or write me back. My only resort is to write to you (which seriously...no "contact us" button for you???) and ask what part of this is yours and if you can contact them to tell them you are not happy they are pulling you into this. Your webiste is all over theirs...so you are a part of them on some level...I don't think the level of fraud (I don't believe you know anything about what they are doing) but you are in position to help.

Please help.

what i see is that Web Design Express, LA, California are a WHMCS user and what you are getting is the portal page for their support. they are not part of or run by WHMCS, so money you give them does not go to WHMCS. you are invoiced by Web Design Express and you pay Web Design Express. they mearly use WHMCS as their automated billing and management system like many online businesses.

Hi,

We are WHMCS Ltd. a provider of software to web hosting and domain registration companies. We do not actually offer any hosting or domain services. For queries relating to your account please contact the company you made the original purchase from.

Think of it like this; if your insurance company used Microsoft Word to write a letter about your policy, you would contact your insurance company and not Microsoft.
