wehostem
It's been a while and yet no one is answering the support or contacts at whmcs? I need access to my account immediately as we are moving from one server to another and I need to reissue my license. Yet I can't login, and I can't reset, the reset doesn't work. I have 1000's of clients that this will affect if I can't get my license re-issued. I have contacted WHMCS and nothing, not a single email back, nothing, zip, nada.

wehostem
I do not know the previous ticket ID's, so I made a new one this morning. I do not get any emails from this (no they are not going to spam, my server isn't getting anything from whmcs at all). janechong
How to create a new post here? The question sounds stupid but I really could not find how to post. I only can reply to people's post. I am having some problem and need some help. Thank you.
rodeoXtreme
Hello, We have similar problems. A ticket (#202682) was opened on 09May, it was escalated to Level 2 Support on 12 May 2012. After the Security Issues, we changed their user access. Received a request on 05 June requesting Admin access; which was provided on 05 June 2012. Two additional "update requests" sent to WHMCS and we still have not received a response. I have never complained about WHMCS Support; but I think we need to address the major delays; in our case as we have an open access to a server. I hope that these issues are not falling on deaf ears. Cheers
Moc
Updating requests put you back in the queue. WHMCS support team works on last-reply basis, meaning the tickets that received a reply the longest time ago will be the first to get a reply back. There may be exceptions obviously but this is their regular process as far as I know.
rodeoXtreme
Correct, the last request we submitted was on 15 June 2012. It has been almost 10 days since the last post of a server related issue whereby they request server access. It is very concerning that they ask for such critical information annd it has been nearly one month since the response to their request.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 25, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 25, 2012 Hi wehostem, If you don't receive an automated email confirmation containing a Ticket ID then unfortunately we didn't receive your message. So always ensure you get one, the best bet is to submit the ticket via our website which guarantees it's received: http://www.whmcs.com/support/ I can see Ticket #651533 was answered in 40 minutes. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to update the ticket.
