WHMCS Merge question

I just bough small hosting company base clients. I see both of us using ver 5.0.3. Thus I believe there will be no problem with it.

But I was wondering if whmcs merge script will:

1. Transfer ALL clients accounts (although they have no active subscription) or just transfer clients account who have active subscription?

3. Does the script will also copy hosting package config into my main WHMCS? I prefer not to copy it ;p

4. How about the domain price config since both of us sell domains with different price. For example, the bough one offered $9 .com domain while on the other hand I offer $10 .com domain. Will the puchased company base whmcs config overide my whmcs domain price config?

5. Currently the purchased hosting system shows 0 Pending Orders | 0 Overdue Invoices | 0 Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply, but there's 3 unpaid invoices. Does it safe to merge?

Thanks alot in advance for any help.

Hi,

Product and service configuration is imported along with the products that import so module settings, product settings, invoices, tickets, emails, cc etc... will all transfer. Any custom email templates won't though so you'll need to check those manually. Clients with the same email address will be merged together.

An invoice can be unpaid but not overdue, so that shouldn't be any case for concern.
