new order message whmcs

Hello got a little problem.

When new customers sign up for a hosting package, when the fill in the form and klik on the order button.

They get an message on the top of the form

 

"You cannot change your email address to username@domein.com"

 

and can not order the package..

 

does someone know this issue

Hi,

This doesn't sound like a WHMCS error message. Do you have any addons or action hooks installed that could be causing this? Try removing them from your /includes/hooks, /modules/admin or /modules/addons directories to see if the error goes away.

You'll then need to contact the vendor of the troublesome addon for a fix.
