can I creat subdomains with DNS management

I want to know is that possible by WHMCS to create sub-domains automatically for my customers with plausibility of DNS change .

for example my domain is m.it now my member can register Name.m.it as a domain and set DNS on this new Domain .

now name.m.it works as a domain.

As a general rule its bad news to allow clients to make a subdomain on your host name. however if the hostname is dedicated to this purpose and server is secure and you can monitor for spammers, exploits, hackers and such, then i suppose the risk factor is for yourself to decide.

 

I would say whmcs doesnt have this feature though, i am almost 100% positive i saw in the documentation that whmcs does not do subdomains on the host name, but i may be wrong.

Would it not be safer for you to register another TLD with your domain registrar and offer this as a sub domain choice. I have seen this discussed on some other forums I have used.

If you offer a hosting package the account could be created with name.m.it as the domain on the account and the client could then use the DNS Management tools in your server control panel software (cPanel, Plesk etc) to manage the DNS: http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Other
