Sunzila
WHMCS's daily cron starts, but does not complete tasks. Does not generate backups and does not send backup by email. See here what shows activity log of WHMCS: http://screencast.com/t/CGG2LAMTV (additionally, domain synchronization weekly cron jobs do not starts at all.) I think you could know this problem and advice me how to fix it. ### DEBUG INFORMATION ### WHMCS Version: 5.0.3 PHP Version: 5.2.17 MySQL Version: 5.1.62-cll
plusplushosting
A note, if you have the account over cloudlinux most probably is reaching the resource limits.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 21, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 21, 2012 Hi, If a cron is getting stuck at the updating usage stats stage this suggests there's an old server entered under Setup > Products/Services > Servers which WHMCS cannot connect to so the usage stats update gets stuck. You can remove or disable any old servers, or alternatively disable usage stats updating entirely under Setup > Automation Settings.
Sunzila
Thank you for helpful advices. Also, I increased limits into php.ini and now it works well.

Sunzila
What did you increase it to? Look into file php.ini and increase limit of: max_input_time memory_limit post_max_size upload_max_filesize default_socket_timeout mysql.connect_timeout
