kevinhillstrand Posted May 18, 2012 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Hi everyone, Is there a way we can block new orders from Brazil within WHMCS using the Banned IPs feature and/or with Maxmind? Brazil has done more harm in chargebacks and fraudulent sales than good, and we would prefer to ban it all together. Would appreciate any insight, I'm tired of refunding 5-10 fraud Brazil orders a day and never had luck with clients from there anyway. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 21, 2012 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 21, 2012 Hi, Regrettably WHMCS doesn't have the ability to block an entire range of IPs, that's something you'd need to look at configuring your server firewall for. However what you could do is remove Brazil from /includes/countries.php, they'd be forced to select a different course and the order would not pass the Maxmind check due to the country mismatch. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
